Carlito's Spirits is a premier organic tequila manufacturer and distributer. We firmly believe in, and do our best to practice, organic foods and beverages, sustainability, recycling our materials, and good causes. We aim to be eco-friendly and consumer friendly. As such, we aim to minimize the information we share relating to our site visitors and customers and respect your general rights to privacy.

4. INFLUENCERS

If you are an influencer and have agreed to work with Carlito's Spirits in representing the brand, please be aware that your privacy rights are subject to a Influencer Agreement. You will agree that your likeness, name, Instagram handle, and other information be used by Carlito's Spirits, referenced in Carlito's Spirits marketing materials and publications, and marketed by third parties. Your rights will be handled under a such Influencer Agreement as the same rights as a commercial entity and may be limited compared to a general site visitor’s or customer’s rights.

5. WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION

When applicable your e-mail that you provide to us may be utilized for our marketing purposes.

We may provide your e-mail to entities that are related to our business, contact you to make you aware of specials, deals, and other opportunities, and may sell such e-mail to business partners. We do not store your financial information, payments are handled via third party and we do not want, nor need, to retain your financial details.
